Manmai Dashu Shengcha 2022

Premium sheng puer tea from the ancient tea village of Manmai (曼迈), which was harvested in the autumn of 2022. The tea leaves come from old tea trees (dashu 大树) and were hand-picked and processed by Shanshan's cousin Yukan. Yukan belongs to the Bulang ethnic group (布朗) and focuses on producing teas from Bada (巴达), Bulang (布朗), Mengsong (勐宋) and Nannuo (南糯) mountain areas. The Bada teas are often characterized by a distinctive citrus, smoky, and fruity profile. The tea is sold in the form of a pressed tea cake (bingcha 饼茶) weighing 200 g, which is suitable for long-term storage.
